Your menu offerings and philosophy of healthy eating are very encouraging! I particularly enjoy seeing that our patients are able to obtain low-fat vegetarian alternatives that are tasty as well as healthy. The current study involves 1200 patients with elevated cholesterol, many of whom will be going through dietary changes to improve your health. Eating out is particularly difficult for patients who must adhere to high-fiber low fat diets.
